Limited Use statement

The use and transfer of raw or derived user data received from Google Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How Atalho Uses Google User Data

Atalho requests Google permissions only to provide user-facing features that are visible in the Atalho desktop application.

• Google Sign-In: Atalho uses Google account identity data to authenticate the user and connect the Google account to the user's Atalho account.
• Google Calendar: Atalho uses Calendar data to display the user's calendar events inside Atalho and to create, update, or delete calendar events only when the user explicitly performs those actions in Atalho.
• Google Drive: Atalho uses Drive access only to create and manage backup files created by Atalho or explicitly used with Atalho. Atalho does not request full Drive access.

Limited Use Commitments

• Atalho uses Google user data only to provide or improve the user-facing features described on this page and in our Privacy Policy.
• Atalho does not sell Google user data.
• Atalho does not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, personalized ads, or determining credit-worthiness.
• Atalho does not transfer Google user data to third parties except when necessary to provide or improve the described user-facing features, comply with applicable law, protect against abuse or security incidents, or as otherwise allowed by the Google API Services User Data Policy.
• Atalho does not allow humans to read Google Workspace API data unless the user gives affirmative agreement for support, it is necessary for security or legal compliance, or the data is aggregated for internal operations in accordance with applicable law.
